The founding story

Built by a GP, because nothing on the shelf was good enough for her own family.

Seranis began quietly. Between clinics and school runs, our founder — a practising GP and mother of three — kept looking for a single, considered daily capsule she could give her family with a clinical conscience. She never found it.

So she wrote the formulation herself. Five actives, each at a meaningful dose, each chosen for the strength of its evidence rather than the loudness of its claim. No language of fear. No promises of protection. Just quiet, everyday readiness — the kind of thinking she brings to her patients.

Seranis was formulated by a practising GP. Every ingredient, dose and claim was chosen against the published evidence rather than a marketing brief. Seranis is a food supplement and is not a medicine.
How do I take it?

One capsule a day, with food, as part of a balanced diet. Suitable for adults. Not intended for children under 18 — a dedicated family range will follow.
Is it safe to take alongside other supplements or medication?

Seranis is formulated within safe upper intake levels for daily use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision, we always recommend speaking with your doctor before starting any new supplement.
What's in it — and what isn't?
